- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office does not help its policy holders when a crisis arise. We have one of our rental policies with this agent (many other policies with a different agent). This property with this agent sustained roof damage that require a h/o claim. The claim department was not being helpful, called this agent for assistance, none was offered. I called our other agent and he helped eventhough he don't hold this particular policy. This office is a joke!! We always paid our policy annually when due but when we need help, the agent does not help. Do not put your trust in this agent. You will be disappointed.June 01, 2017by Shelley Rockliff
