- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with State Farm for over 20 years, and I have never had an issue until now. Kenya and Heather have not given good customer service. Heather didn't know how to add a vehicle to our policy, and she got hostile with me when I was asking questions about it. When we sold our other car, she didn't know how to take the vehicle off the policy. I could not sign the cancellation electronically (although I was out of town), so it made it very difficult. Also, after I spoke with her regarding the safe driving beacon I had installed on my car, she sent an email asking me about it 10 minutes later. I felt like she wasn't paying attention, and I wasn't confident about the care she would take of our policies. I have switched agents now.March 27, 2017by Michelle Sharpee
